The apartment at Plaza Espana was cozy and made me feel right at home. The living room with a comfortable sofa was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Madrid. The well-equipped kitchen with a dining area allowed me to prepare my own meals and saved me from eating out every day. The private bathroom with a refreshing shower and free toiletries added a touch of luxury to my stay. The flat-screen TV in the apartment was a great addition for relaxing evenings in. Being air-conditioned, all the units provided a cool escape from the hot Madrid weather.
Personally, I found the kitchenette in one of the apartments to be a bit small. However, I know that some guests might actually prefer it for its compactness.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was great, within walking distance of many attractions and surrounded by delicious dining options.
Who needs clean dishes anyway? The dishwasher was broken, but it added a new level of excitement to my dining experience.

The location of this place is mind-blowing! It's super close to amazing bars, restaurants, and the metro. The area always feels safe with people around. Despite the busy suburb, the bedroom is quiet. The wifi is great and the host is very responsive. The place is beautifully decorated and the room is clean, neat, and cozy. It's within walking distance to all the must-see places in the city and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The metro stations and supermarkets are conveniently located. The staff is friendly and quick to answer any questions or fulfill requests. The amenities such as electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV are provided. There's also an option for paid airport shuttle. The building has a lift and laundry facilities. Cots are available and pets are allowed. There's a strict no smoking policy on site.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was cozy and perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, just a two-minute walk to the Plaza Espana Metro and within walking distance of the vibrant Gran Via. The neighborhood was full of diverse restaurants, especially Asian cuisines. The communication with the management company was great, they contacted us before check-in and were always prompt in addressing any concerns or questions.
The breakfast selection could have been better, with a few more options to choose from.

Spacious Living Room: The living room in the apartment was so roomy, it felt like I had my own mini theater! I lounged on the comfy sofa and enjoyed watching my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, feeling like a movie star in my own private cinema.
Minimal Bathroom Products: I wish the apartment had provided a bit more bathroom products like extra toiletries and toilet paper.
