The apartment at Plaza Espana was cozy and made me feel right at home. The living room with a comfortable sofa was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Madrid. The well-equipped kitchen with a dining area allowed me to prepare my own meals and saved me from eating out every day. The private bathroom with a refreshing shower and free toiletries added a touch of luxury to my stay. The flat-screen TV in the apartment was a great addition for relaxing evenings in. Being air-conditioned, all the units provided a cool escape from the hot Madrid weather.

Personally, I found the kitchenette in one of the apartments to be a bit small. However, I know that some guests might actually prefer it for its compactness.

The staff is friendly and quick to answer any questions or fulfill requests. The amenities such as electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV are provided. There's also an option for paid airport shuttle. The building has a lift and laundry facilities. Cots are available and pets are allowed. There's a strict no smoking policy on site.

The location of Plaza Espana couldn't be better. We were just a short walk away from main sites, with two metro stations nearby. There is a supermarket only 100m away, making it convenient for shopping. the apartment itself was spacious, cozy, and well-designed. the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook our own meals. Everything was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. it was a perfect choice for its price and quality!
